About Old Dominick Distillery:

Old Dominick Distillery is a craft distillery located in Memphis, TN, that produces whiskey and vodka, reviving the historic brand founded by Domenico Canale in 1866. The distillery offers tours of its facility, a tasting room, a restaurant, retail shop, and event spaces, all within a 50,000-square-foot historic industrial building. Their spirits include Tennessee whiskey, Huling Station Bourbon, and a three-grain vodka, with their 8-Year Reserve Bourbon being their oldest in-house distilled whiskey to date.

History
1866:
Domenico Canale founded Canale & Bro., a wholesale grocery and liquor supplier, and launched the original Old Dominick brand of bourbon whiskey.

2017:
The brand was revived by Canale’s fifth-generation grandsons, Chris and Alex, who opened the Old Dominick Distillery in Memphis.

Tennessee Whiskey: Made with a 75% corn mash bill and charcoal-filtered.
Huling Station Bourbon Whiskey: A small-batch, high-rye bourbon named for the location of the original distillery.
Three-Grain Vodka: A sweeter vodka with hints of Tennessee whiskey flavor.
Memphis Toddy: A blend of high-rye bourbon with natural botanicals, citrus, and honey.
8-Year Reserve Bourbon: Their oldest in-house distilled whiskey, released in 2025.
