Off Color Brewing – Apex Predator Coming To Bottles & Dino S’mores

Here’s a new bottle coming from Off Color Brewing. This is Apex Predator and it is a “Third trophic level farmhouse ale.” This beer will use Crystal & Sterling hops as well as the secret technique of “Free-Rise Fermentation, Prey Selection.” Apex Predator will be packaged in 12oz bottles and come in at 6.5% ABV and 25 IBU.
As a bonus, we have the keg label for Dino S’mores and it is an Imperial Stout brewed with Graham flour, Marshmallows, molasses, vanilla beans and Cocoa nibs.
