This morning we have two new beers and a complaint coming from Off Color Brewing in Chicago, IL: Gator Time is a wild ale fermented in puncheons with cherries (6%-AbV, 10 IBU, 750ml bottles), Miscellanea is an Untamed Yeasts Vol1 collaboration with Central State, Jester King, Side Project and Allagash (foedre-fermented wild ale, 6.2%-AbV, 8 IBU, 750ml bottles, Nugget & Streisselspalt hops) & You Never Take Me Anywhere Nice is a dry hopped lager brewed with Magnum, Perle and Tettnanger hops (5%-AbV, 50 IBU, 12oz bottles).
