New Belgium Voodoo Ranger & Jepson’s Malört Team Up For Roulette IPA

This morning I have an exciting new spirits collaboration coming from New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, CO and Asheville, NC.

This is Roulette IPA and it will be a Malört-style IPA brewed in collaboration with Jepsons Malört. The beer will hit 7.5%-AbV and it will be packaged in these 12oz cans. Stay tuned for full release details.  zzubreebym

About Jepson’s Malört:

Jeppson’s Malört is a Chicago-based, bitter, wormwood-flavored liqueur, traditionally a Swedish-style bäsk (bitter). It’s known for its intense, somewhat unpalatable taste, and has become a cultural icon in Chicago, sometimes seen as a rite of passage for new residents. The liqueur is named after Swedish immigrant Carl Jeppson, who first introduced it to Chicago.

Flavor and History:
