This is Monk’s Café Grand Cru and it is a Flemish Sour Ale that will be packaged in 750ml bottles. This beer is a blend of 3-month aged and freshly brewed dark tripel ale that is blended with a “high fermented” lager to reach 5.5%-AbV. This beer is brewed at Brewery Van Steenberge.
