Here’s an interesting brew coming from Midnight Sun and Black Raven called Son Of a Beak. This ale is brewed with birch syrup, toasted coconut & molasses and is aged in bourbon barrels and it is co-brewed to celebrate winter in the Northwest. This beer was brewed in Jan 2013 during Alaska beer week and it will debut in Redmond, WA for Seattle Beer Week. Son of a Beak will be packaged in 22oz bottles and come in at 8.3% ABV and 52 IBU.
