Today we have a new culinary collaboration coming from Leelanau Brewing, Jolly Pumpkin and chef James Rigato of Mabel Gray. This is Culinary Remix #1 and it is a wild saison brewed with apples and spices. This beer is aged in Bourbon barrels and packaged in 375ml bottles. A sneak peek of things to come! We are brewing version two of a wild apple ale today in collaboration with our friends Charles of Leelanau Brewing and Chef James of Mabel Gray.
