Good morning Texas. We wake up early to bring you your first peek at some exciting new beers. Today it’s coming from Jester King in Austin, TX and the beer is called Song of Binding. The beer is a foudre-fermented farmhouse ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels and it is a collaboration with La Siréne Brewing. The beer will hit 6.9%-AbV and this is the 750ml bottles.
