Here’s a new beer coming from Jester King called Funk Metal Sour Barrel Aged Stout. This beer uses wild yeast from the Texas hill country, souring bacteria and Brett Yeast as well. Funk Metal will be packaged in 750ml bottles and come in at 8.2% ABV & 28 IBU. Funk Metal is also 70% Organic and vegan/vegetarian friendly.
