This morning we get our first look at a new collaboration beer coming to bottles from NOLA Brewing and J. Wakefield. This is Melon Collie And The Infinite Sourness and it is a sour ale brewed with cantaloupe, ginger and lime. This beer is aged in Chardonnay wine barrels with 12 strains of brettanomyces and package din 750ml bottles at NOLA.
