For this coming week, we will release a special new variant of Edith, our dark Farmstead® ale.
For this selection of Edith, we conditioned the beer atop Alaka coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, sourced and roasted by The Coffee Collective in Copenhagen, Denmark.
