Hi-Wire Brewing Celebrates 13 Years with Huge Anniversary Party Featuring a Ferris Wheel, New Beverage Releases, Live Entertainment, and More
Family-friendly celebration takes over the Hi-Wire River Arts Campus this Saturday, July 18
ASHEVILLE, N.C. (July 14, 2026) — Come one, come all! Hi-Wire Brewing is celebrating its lucky 13th anniversary by transforming its Hi-Wire River Arts Campus into its biggest celebration yet. On Saturday, July 18, from noon to 10 p.m., guests are invited to experience a one-day-only circus-inspired midway packed with special beverage releases, live entertainment, games, local food vendors, and even a 50-foot Ferris wheel.
The family-friendly event takes place across Hi-Wire’s River Arts Campus at 284 Lyman Street, home to the Hi-Wire Brewing Taproom and Beer Garden, Ace & Eagle Sports Club, The Flying Bike, and AVL Spring Water.
Guests can enjoy:
- A 50-foot Ferris wheel, circus performers, axe throwing, and games
- Food from Smokee’s Pizza, Happy Belly, Defiance Cafe, Blunt Pretzels, Nice & Icy Italian Ice, and Frios Popsicles
- Music throughout the day from Hi-Vi Sound Systems
- A Happy Medium THC Seltzer launch featuring samples, a tarot card reader (3–7 p.m.), to-go beverages, and a tie-dye station beginning at noon while supplies last ($30 with a Happy Medium shirt)
- The release of Hi-Wire’s limited-time Anniversary Helles Munich Lager
- Island-inspired cocktails at The Tiki Easy pop-up bar
- A newly opened greenspace with open-air picnic tables (camp chairs encouraged)
- Golf simulator bookings all day at Ace & Eagle Sports Club
Admission is free. Ferris wheel rides are $3.
Getting there: Visitors can also take advantage of complimentary shuttle service from Hi-Wire’s South Slope taproom at 197 Hilliard Avenue. Shuttles will run continuously from noon until 9 p.m.
