Over the summer, we spent some time in Boulder with Upslope Brewing and whipped up a brew together. Last month they ate their way though Chicago and we brewed together again. This 7% IPA is hopped exclusively with Azacca and fermented with lychee purée for a wintertime tropical retreat.
