Gordon Biersch Zwickle Bock & Zwickle Pils

Two new Uberbier Series beers coming today from Gordon Biersch Brewing…Zwickle Bock & Zwickle Pils.  Zwickle Bock is an unfiltered Hellerbock made by tapping into the aging tank with the Zwickle (or what we call a pigtail or sample valve.)  In theory this makes it fresher and similar to what the beer would taste like fresh off the tanks at the brewery.  Zwickle Bock is 7.3%ABV, 22IBU and will be package din 750ml bottles.  Zwickle Pils is an unfiltered Pilsner also pulled off the Zwickle.  Zwickle Bock is 5% ABV, 30 IBU & also package din big 750ml bottles.
