Gigantic Brewing Company is on the constant search for a hoppier, better equipped Ginormous Imperial IPA, so we are evolving our ever-changing series of Ginormous. Developed at our secret testing facility in SE Portland, we are taking it to 11 with that west coast flavor you crave. Ginormous MK 11 has ridiculous amounts of Simcoe, Cascade, Nelson and Columbus hops for a strong citrus profile, extraordinary hop aroma and flavor, and notes of grapefruit, pineapple and tropical fruits.
Reflecting upon the project, Van Havig says “When you name your brewery Gigantic and you grew up loving robots, it’s just a skip and a jump that your mascot should be ginormous robot.” Sure we love a MASSIVE hop punch with strong citrus, grapefruit and drank hop flavors, but we also just love redesigning a robot label for every release! Available tomorrow 2/16 for our First Taste Tuesday release in bottle, draft, keg and home delivery at both The Brewery & Champagne Lounge and the Robot Room at the Rocket Empire Machine.
As always, Gigantic beer is packaged in Bottle Drop Refillable bottles. Bottle Drop Refillables are sorted, washed, inspected, and delivered back to Oregon’s craft beverage producers to be refilled.
