Funkwerks & River North Collaborate On Blanc (The Saison Conspiracy)

Today we get our first look at a new collaboration coming from Funkwerks and River North Brewing.  The beer will be called Blanc (The Saison Conspiracy) and it is a Chardonnay wine barrel-aged (2-months) saison brewed with Chardonnay grapes.  This appears to be the first if two Saison collaborations so stay tuned for more (see below).  Look for Blanc to hit 7.5%-AbV and it will be packaged in 750ml bottles at Funkwerks.

River North Tells me:

Our version, Saison Conspiracy Noir, is a dark saison w/ Syrah must aged in red wine barrels. 2 part collab release
