Full Tilt Brewing Camden Cream Beer Coming 3/8

February 26th, 2014; Canton, Baltimore, Maryland – FULL TILT BREWING is set to release their newest offering and first “session beer”, Camden Cream at 4.8% ABV and 17 IBUs. This beer launch event is open to the public.

FULL TILT BREWING (FTB), Baltimore’s newest craft beer producer, is excited to announce their newest addition, “CAMDEN CREAM.”  Their initial release to the ever growing craft beer market will take place on Saturday, March 8th at Dempsey’s Brew Pub and Restaurant in the Camden Yards warehouse located at 333 W. Camden St, Baltimore, Maryland 21201.  Food and drink specials start at 6:00pm, with the pouring / toast of the first pint of Camden Cream taking place at 7:00 pm sharp and will be served at $4 per pint all night.

In addition to the Camden Cream beer on draft, Dempsey’s will also have three of FTB’s other drafts: Baltimore Pale Ale, Patterson Pumpkin, and their Berger Cookie Chocolate Stout available for $5 per pint, with “Happy Hour” priced cuisine throughout the entirety of the event.  Along with live musical entertainment by The Simon Pyles Trio, Dempsey’s is also holding a cornhole tournament.

Camden Cream was brewed with the light, creamy grain bill of 2-Row Pale, Bohemian Pilsner, Vienna, and Carahell malts and gently hopped with Amarillo and Northern Brewer hops.  Finally, lager yeast is pitched and fermented at ale temps to your palate’s delight.  “Crack one open and enjoy… but why stop now?  You still have 9 innings to go…” Though light in color and ABV, this isn’t your typical “light” beer. The blend of specialty malts chosen for this brew brings a flavorful twist while the hop bill helps provide overall balance to the mouth-feel and a pleasant floral aroma. Camden Cream is the craft beer drinker’s “light” beer.

FULL TILT BREWING comes from the background of not-cutting corners as its owners are passionate about every aspect of what they do.  As it states on the opening page of their website, “Why do something half assed when you can do it full tilt?” and “Never slow down, never settle for less, and never be content with anything other than the best.” This newest addition to the FTB line of brews continues that mantra.
