To kick off the holiday season, we’re excited to release two new beers. Introducing Salted Caramel Mudslide from our Proprietor’s Vintage Series and Blackberry Mint Cobbler from Barrelworks. Read on to learn more.
COCKTAIL-INSPIRED BARREL-AGED BEER: SALTED CARAMEL MUDSLIDE
Salted Caramel Mudslide is our latest beer forged from the bourbon barrels of our Proprietor’s Vintage program. A perfectly rich, bold, and flavorful beer for winter sipping, this beer takes its inspiration from its namesake cocktail.
Salted Caramel mudslide is a beer to behold. Complex layers of caramel, espresso, bittersweet chocolate, brown sugar, and vanilla all jump out of the glass. Smooth, decadent, and warming, it is a perfect beer for winter sipping.
Individual 12oz bottles are now for sale through our online webstore (CA-only). Available at our three California brewstores starting tomorrow, Wednesday, Nov. 25. 12.5% ABV
WILD & FULL OF FLAVOR: BLACKBERRY MINT COBBLER
Blackberry Mint Cobbler is our latest Barrelworks wild child, and it’s a culinary delight in your glass. Brewed with Washington-grown Elvira Blackberries, peppermint leaf, and Ceylon cinnamon, Blackberry Mint Cobbler is more than a beer, it’s an experience.
“I wanted to blend a beer that was a culinary experience for people to share at their table, and this beer is like a Willy Wonka Gobstopper – it takes the drinker through three distinct flavors over the course of the sip,” said Master Blender Jim Crooks.
Only 150 cases were blended to be shared this holiday season – with limited availability at one of our campus locations (starting November 25) or online webstore, shipping to California. 375ml bottles, 6% ABV
