Firestone Walker Adding California pFriemin’ Collaboration & Mo’ Bretta Rosé

Today I have several new bottles coming from Firestone Walker Barrelworks in Buellton, CA. California pFriemin’ will be a saison brewed in collaboration with pFriem Family Brewery. The beer will hit 6%-AbV and it will be packaged in a limited run of 400 cases of 375ml bottles. I’ve also added in Brewmaster’s Collective Mo’ Bretta Rosé and it will be a wild ale fermented with raspberries (5.55-AbV, 150 cases of 375ml bottles, 4-pounds per gallon of freshly-harvested Santa Maria raspberries). zzubreebym Stay tuned for release details.

California pFriemin’ has been a long time coming. We finally invited Josh Pfriem to The Propagator in February of this year, after delaying plans for a collaboration due to the pandemic. Read more about how Josh, Matt Brynildson, and Sam Tierney formulated their brew plan for this beer here.
Whistle Monkee and California pFriemin’ are just part of the latest collection we sent to our Brewmaster’s Collective members. The collection also features three club-exclusive beers – Mo’Bretta Rosé, Boilermaker, and Stickee Pig – and curated food pairings, including a custom beer-soaked cheese from Stepladder Creamery.
