The FDA is looking for your input regarding gluten free labeling for fermented and hydrolyzed products.
Please support your gluten free breweries by letting the FDA know that there should be a clear designation between beers that are actually gluten free and beers that have been treated with an enzyme to defeat current gluten testing methods.
