Easton’s Two Rivers Brewing Starts Kickstarter Campaign

We brought you the original details on Easton’s Two Rivers brewing…and now comes word from Lehigh Valley Live that they have started a Kickstarter Campaign.

The brewery and restaurant are planned for the former Mount Vernon Ale House inEaston, but Reynard has run into some hitches with opening the business in the historic property.

Originally slated to open in August, the business now should open in mid-November, Reynard said Friday.

But before that, he hopes to raise $20,000 for the tap system using the independent funding site Kickstarter.com. Twelve days from the deadline, Reynard has 58 backers who have pledged $7,722 to the project, but, by Kickstarter rules, Reynard only gets the money if he manages to raise all $20,000.
