I just brought you the companion collab called This Is Ridiculous, and today I have something more from Dogfish Head in Milton, DE. This sour will be called This is Mrs. Ridiculous and it will be a collaboration with Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. The beer will be a mixed-culture sour ale brewed with locally grown Chambourcin grapes, fermented using carbonic maceration and aged in French oak barrels. This is the 12.7oz bottle and stay tuned for AbV an release details.
