Country Boy Brewing partners with The Commons for a brand-new Taproom and Restaurant
[Lexington, KY.] — Country Boy Brewing has partnered with The Commons to bring a brand-new taproom and restaurant to the development. Opening this fall, The Entertainment District is an exciting new addition to the The Commons in Lexington for shopping, live music, and dining.
Known throughout Lexington for its Cougar Bait American Blonde Ale, this will be Country Boy’s fourth taproom and restaurant location.
“This will bring the vibe and excitement that we see in our Georgetown taproom to the heart of Lexington,” said Daniel “DH” Harrison, founder and brand manager for Country Boy Brewing. “We are really excited to be a part of this new district in Lexington that will have such a variety of businesses curated by the leaders at The Commons.”
The new location will seat more than 150 people in a casual atmosphere and feature 24 beer taps, a full menu of Country Boy BBQ, and new creative dishes.
“This will be a great new gathering spot for the city,” said Jason Hammond, partner and director of taprooms for Country Boy Brewing. “Located between two Lexington staples, RD1 Distilling and OBC Kitchen, this area will bring tourism and new eyes to some of our local favorites.”
Daren Turner, founder of The Commons said, “Country Boy is exactly the kind of partner we set out to bring to The Commons. With RD1 and OBC next door, we’re building a district where great local food and drink sit alongside live music and entertainment, and Country Boy’s following makes them a natural fit. We’re very excited to have them.”
Opening this September, the new taproom and restaurant will share construction updates on social media at @countryboylexington. To learn more, visit www.countryboybrewing.com.
