This morning I have a new sour ale coming from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. This is Honeycot and it will be a barrel-aged (16-months) sour blond ale with Northwest-grown apricots and a late addition of local wildflower honey. The beer will roll in at 7%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz can. Stay tuned for release info.
