Today I have a new collaboration beer coming from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. This is Kagua Sour and it will be a collaboration with Far Yeast Brewing in Yamanashi, Japan. This interpretation of Far Yeast’s Kagua Rouge is a blend of red ales aged in red Wine barrels with Japanese Sansho peppers and yuzu peel. The beer will roll in at 8%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle.
