Cascade Adding Sang Royal Barrel-Aged Sour

Today I have another new can coming from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. This is Sang Royal and it will be a barrel-aged sour red ale with Pinot Noir grapes. The beer will slide in at 9.4%-AbV and you’re looking at the 250ml can. Stay tuned for release timing.

Sang Royal will now be packaged in 250 ml cans for the very first time. Sang Royal is a blend of red ales aged in oak barrels and foudres for up to 22 months with Pinot Noir grapes from Oregon’s famed Willamette Valley wine region. The most regal in our series of “Sang” projects, Sang Royal captures complex fruit notes of summer berry fruit, oak and spice, with a vibrant acidity and soft tannic structure. Available today!
