Today I bring you a new can coming soon from Cascade Brewing in Portland, OR. This is Pistil Whipped and it will be a blend of a barrel-aged blond ales with late infusions of saffron and chamomile. This “sour, floral, earthy, herbal” beer will hit 7.1%-AbV and you’re looking at the 12oz can…release details pending. I’ve also added in Sang Rouge sour red ale age din oak casks (7.8%-AbV, 12oz cans).
