Find this first on mybeerbuzz.com: This morning we bring you a peek an an exciting new collaboration beer coming from Bruery Terreux in Placentia, CA. This is Mousseux Naturel which translates from French to “natural sparkling wine.” The beer will be a blonde ale with Chardonnay grape juice that is age din French oak barrels. Inspired by Pét Nat (Pétillant Naturel) this beer uses old-world techniques to “create a beer that is a bit rustic, unrefined and totally delicious.” The beer will hit 10.5%-AbV and this 2018 vintage will be packaged in 750ml bottles.
