Today we have two more new cans coming from Brewery Vivant in Grand Rapids, MI. Sous Chef is a Belgian-inspired ale aged in red wine barrels that is part of the Tier 4 Single Batch series. Sous Chef starts with the Brewery Vivant Escoffier beer recipe but instead of Brett, they cellar age the beer in red wine barrels (8.2%-AbV). Egoist is an ale with Chili peppers added that is special limited release and release No 1 in the Selfish Lover Series (6.5%-AbV.) These are both 16oz cans.
