Here we have another new bottle coming to the Plein De Vie (Full of Life) series from Brewery Vivant in Grand Rapids, MI. This is Paris and it is a sour ale brewed with peppercorns and orange peel and aged in red wine barrels (for over a year) with wild yeast strains. This spiced sour ale hits 10.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 500ml bottle.
