Here’s a new bottle coming to our very own Monk’s Café in Philadelphia, PA.
Coming from Brewery Van Steenberge in Belgium, this is Monk’s Café Grand Cru. This Flemish sour ale is a blend of aged (3-year) and freshly-brewed tripel ales as well as a high-fermented lager and it will hit 5.5%-AbV. You’re looking at the 11.2oz bottle and stay tuned for more details. zzubreebym
