The 2025 Selection Series Releases March 7th

We create the Selection Series each year to showcase the varietals we chose during hop harvest in the fall. Producing a series of single-hop 7.00% West Coast IPAs with a simple PNW-grain profile allows each hop varietal to shine throughout the brewing process, giving an intense perspective on how the hop interacts with different processes.

Made for tasting side-by-side, we encourage you to try a flight at either of our locations to compare and contrast the distinct hop flavors and aromas.
