Wild Ale with Honey, Hibiscus and Rose Petals • 8.40%

Inspired by my daughter, Cassidy is matured in Sauternes wine barrels and conditioned on spring flowers and honey from her grandpa’s hive. Blended every spring since 2015, each bottle contains a portion of all previous years’ blends.
