A rare bird release: 2016 La Mort Bourbon is one of our finest, award winning aged ales. This beer is a member of our Corbeaux Series and historically has been very sought after. This is the second vintage appearing in bottles.

La Mort Bourbon is born from a marriage between La Petite Mort and freshly emptied Kentucky bourbon barrels. In La Mort Bourbon, we use multiple specialty malts to create a rich, complex beer and then follow with maturation in American oak bourbon barrels. 11.2% ABV.
This fine ale has been aged for months and is ready to drink. No further cellar time is required. 375ml bottles are $12.99 + tax, with a limit of four per person, per day.
This will also be distributed locally in limited quantities.
