Here’s your very first look at two new Barrel-Aged Series releases coming from Avery Brewing. Up first is No 26, Tectum et Elix. This beer is a sour ale aged in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels that will hit 6.5%-AbV (975 production cases bottling 4/15.) We ale have the packaging for No 27, Insula Multos Collibus. This sour ale is age din Bourbon barrels with cherries added and it will hit 9.1%-AbV (1265 production cases bottling 4/22.) These are both 12oz bottles.
