Here’s your first look at another new beer coming to the Barrel-Aged Series from Avery. This is No 37 and the beer is called Xolotl (or XOLOTL) and it is a barrel-aged imperial stout brewed with cacao nibs, Mexican vanilla beans, Madagascar vanilla beans red black & brown chipotle chiles, Ancho chiles, Pasila chiles, and Ceylon cinnamon. Xolotl will be package din a limited run of 780 cases of 12oz bottles on May 24th and the beer hits 11.4%-AbV. Stay tuned here for release details.
