the return of annual Brewery Lights event

St. Louis, MO  – November 12, 2024 – Anheuser-Busch (NYSE:BUD), America’s leading brewer and maker of Michelob ULTRA, Busch Light, Budweiser, and Bud Light, today announced a series of holiday initiatives in its hometown of St. Louis this season, including:

– Release of St. Louis Lager: Anheuser-Busch’s original flagship beer, first launched in the 1860s, is available again as a draft-only limited-time offering for the local St. Louis community through the holidays. Consumers can purchase the local legacy beer today at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten and select local bars, and a portion of proceeds from every draft beer sold through December 3 will benefit the St. Louis Area Foodbank’s holiday meals program.* This fundraising effort will culminate on December 3 (also known as “Giving Tuesday”) when the Budweiser Clydesdales will parade through the city’s Soulard neighborhood, making special deliveries of limited-edition Budweiser Clydesdale holiday packaging before a check presentation to the St. Louis Area Foodbank. | St. Louis Lager available while supplies last; proceeds eligible for St. Louis Area Foodbank contribution through December 3. Budweiser Clydesdales parade December 3 from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m. CT

– Relighting the iconic “Flying Eagle” sign: a historic local landmark and time-honored symbol of economic prosperity in St. Louis, the sign is located over I-64 near Grand Avenue. Anheuser-Busch will relight the sign to mark the beginning of the holiday season, reinforcing the brewer’s longstanding commitment to its hometown. | November 12 at sundown

– Return of the annual Brewery Lights event: the local holiday event at the Anheuser-Busch brewery returns for the 39th year featuring new experiences to delight visitors this season. | November 22 through December 30 (select dates)

Founded in St. Louis more than 165 years ago, Anheuser-Busch is deeply committed to driving economic prosperity in its hometown. Since 2019, the nation’s leading brewer has invested more than $165 million in its St. Louis campus, including a new $8 million investment in its St. Louis brewery announced last month. In addition, the brewer has donated nearly $1 million this year to local nonprofits in order to drive economic impact in the broader St. Louis community beyond its brewery walls.
