Allagash Brewing’s Saison Day Celebration to be Featured at Two Roads Brewing

From Two Roads & Allagash:

On April 8th, Two Roads will be one of the participants of Allagash’s annual Saison Day, which celebrates history and innovation of traditional farmhouse style ales. Allagash has celebrated Saison Day since 2014 and Two Roads is excited to be a part of it. We here at Two Roads love to brew saisons thanks to Master Brewer Phil Markowski, who is the author of Farmhouse Ales: Culture and Craftsmanship in the Belgian Tradition. 

Four Allagash beers will be on draft in our tasting room as well as several Two Roads’ saisons while supplies last. Caseus Bistro from New Haven, CT will selling cheese plates and grilled cheeses that perfectly pair with the saison style of beer. Allagash will also be sending a brewing representative down from Maine to talk saisons and Two Roads brewers will be on hand to answer any questions.

Two Roads beers:

• Worker’s Stomp Saison aged in Red Wine Barrels
• Roads Garden Flower Saison
• Workers Comp Saison
• Workers Stomp Saison aged in White Wine Barrels

Caseus’ own Grilled Cheese Truck will also be parked outside serving grilled cheese made with beer cheese from Allagash Saison and Two Roads Workers Comp Saison! 

Lastly, $1 from each saison sold will be donated to Stratford Animal Rescue. The animal shelter will be set up in our event space if you would like to talk about adopting their adorable dogs or cats.
