This is 31 & Then Some from Allagash Brewing. This beer is fermented with brettanomyces and aged on strawberries in oak barrels. Look for 31 & Then Some to hit 5%-AbV and it will be packaged in 12.7oz bottles and kegs (below). For the record, the “31” refers to the number of flavor compounds found in a strawberry.
