Stone Adding One Batch Dispatch Simcoe & Strata & Sabro Oh My! / RuinTen Returns

Today I have your first peek at a new One Batch Dispatch Series beer coming from Stone Brewing in Escondido, CA. This is Simcoe & Strata & Sabro Oh My! and it will be a hazy IPA brewed with Strata, Simcoe and Sabro hops. The beer will hit 7.2%-AbV and you’re looking at the 16oz can. zzubreebym zzubreebym As a bonus, I’m adding in the latest packaging for the returning RuinTen triple IPA (10%-AbV, 22oz bottles, 12oz cans, 12oz bottles).

Hey RVA fans,

The second release in our 2022 One Batch Dispatch series – Stone Simcoe & Strata & Sabro, Oh My! Hazy IPA – is available now in 16oz 4-pack cans and draft at Stone Brewing – Richmond.

As the series name implies, we brew one tankful of these unique beers and that’s it. (Sometimes that results in some happy surprises, more on that here.) No distribution on these. The only way to get them is from our locations or online store!

Most importantly, it tastes absolutely awesome. It’s a beer we’re proud to share and can’t want for you to try it yourself.

STONE SIMCOE & STRATA & SABRO, OH MY! HAZY IPA

This beer – like many of our most popular creations – originated at Stone Liberty Station from brewer Kris Ketcham. He challenged himself to create beers using hops that aren’t just lesser-known, but also share the same first letter. The first beer in the series featured exclusively “S” hops. Suffice to say it soared straight to our executive tasting panel. While other One Batch Dispatch beers have had an innovative twist or special ingredient, this one went to the front of the line simply for being so damn good. Notes of passion fruit, melon, peach and berries all come straight from the unique hop combination. Super sippable, stupendously scrumptious.
