Our brew team is so excited to add a new, year-round ale to our repertoire! Meet Tropical IPA, a super ripe fruit-forward hop blend of Hallertau Blanc, Citra, Galaxy, Simcoe, and Sultana hops designed to whisk you away to distant shores. Using Hornindal Kveik yeast to complement these hops, you are presented with the tropical flavors and aromas of fresh pineapple, mango, and tangerine making every pint a vacation to paradise. 
"This was such a fun beer recipe to develop, and I think all that brewing joy shows up in the flavor. We’d only dabbled in fermentations using Kveik yeast, and when I brewed a pilot batch during the hop harvest of 2020, I knew that I had found a perfect blend for an IPA bursting with tropical flavor and aroma even BEFORE the dry hop additions.
