The Bruery Adding Sans, La Petite Provision & Bruery Terreux C’est La Vie 2021

This morning I have some new beers coming from The Bruery and Bruery Tereux in Placentia, CA.

Sans will be an imperial stout (Black Tuesday) with Syrah and Grenache grapes from Fableist Wine Co (Templeton, CA) that is aged in French oak puncheons (750ml bottles). I’ve also added in Bruery Terreux C’est La Vie 2021 which will be an oenobeer (wine beer hybrid) puncheon-aged ale (imperial Rueze base) with Petite Sirah, Syrah and Malbec grapes (13.8%-AbV, 750ml bottles) & La Petite Provision Belgian-style table beer with Thai basil and lemongrass (3.5%-AbV, 16oz cans).
