After a one-year hiatus, Jester King Demitone is back! Demitone is our farmhouse ale re-fermented on the blueberries from Jester King Colour Five. We love the woody, herbaceous character of the blueberries and find their flavors and texture melds nicely with farmhouse ale. We added 4# per gallon of blueberries to this year’s Colour Five, so the blueberry character and color is still quite robust for Demitone.
