Block 15 Bourbon Month 2023 Kicks Off Feb 1st

For the entire month of February, we have a series of beers, bourbons, and events that will tickle your fancy. Read below for more information and how to get ‘in the know’ about these special events!

About the Beers

First, we will be releasing the Super Nebula bourbon barrel-aged series, which includes Super Nebula, Super Nebula Breakfast with Williams, Super Nebula Xocolatl, and Kriek. Bottles will be available in limited quantities at select events, including our Brewers Tasting on 2/3, and Bourbon Month Brunch and Bottle Release Party on 2/4. Tickets to these events will be available mainly through our newsletter, so make sure you’re on the list if you want access to these special-release beers!

About the Bourbons

Next, we’ll be featuring 18 different bourbons and whiskeys for the month of February at both locations – which you can track your way through with our 2023 Stamp Books. Pick one up starting 2/1 at either spot and enjoy the likes of Rabbit Hole, Dareringer, and George Dickel x Leopold Bros Collaboration Blended Rye! Complete your book and receive an exclusive prize.

Additional Events

Besides the events already mentioned, we have a few other goodies coming up in February that you won’t want to miss: A tasting and charity event with 4 Spirits Distillery on 2/7, Bourbon Month PDX at Saraveza on 2/10-11, Winter Warmup on 2/17-18, and a Bourbon Dinner at Caves on 2/19.
