Surly Adding The Thaw To The 2023 Bottle ProjectThis morning I have a new beer heading to the 2023 Bottle Project (Volume 2) from Surly Brewing in Brooklyn Center & Minneapolis, MN.

This is The Thaw and it will be a barleywine beer aged in Bourbon and Tattersall Port barrels with black currants. The beer will melt in at 12%-AbV and you’re looking at the 750ml bottle. Stay tuned for release details.   zzubreebym
