Today I have a new cocktail-inspired beer coming from The Bruery in Placentia, CA.
This is The Catalina Buffalo Mixer and it will be a Weller Bourbon barrel-aged wheatwine ale with bananas, cocoa, vanilla and coffee beans. The beer was inspired by the Catalina Island Buffalo Milk cocktail and it will roll in at 13.7%-AbV. You’re looking at the 750ml bottle and stay tuned for release details. zzubreebym
