Paulaner USA Takes The Crown And Is The “King Of Oktoberfest Season” In The U.S.From Paulaner:

-An Unprecedented 85% of its Distributor Oktoberfest Orders

Shipped Before August 1st-

White Plains, NY— Paulaner USA, the U.S. importer of the legendary Paulaner and Hacker-Pschorr brands, has exceeded order expectations ahead of Oktoberfest season, with an unprecedented 85% of its orders shipped prior to August 1st. The exceptional appetite for both the Paulaner and Hacker-Pschorr brands can be attributed to the remarkable product quality, rich heritage, and strong marketing and social campaigns.

According to Steve Hauser, President and CEO of Paulaner USA, “Retailers and consumers alike are realizing that it’s never too early to start celebrating Oktoberfest and enjoying it with our two brands. We’re extremely pleased that retailers are taking advantage of this important holiday and making our brands available as U.S. consumers get ready to celebrate. It’s also a credit to our strong sales team and marketing efforts in the U.S.” he adds.

Paulaner and Hacker-Pschorr both follow the Reinheitsgebot, otherwise known as the German beer purity law. Adhering to the Reinheitsgebot requires a true mastery of the brewing process. Both brands offer a wide array of beer styles, created using a handful of select, high quality ingredients. The brew masters of both legendary brands use craftsmanship and brewing methods that’s been passed down by generations of brew masters before them and perfected over hundreds of years. This allows them to create bold and unique flavors that appeal to all types of palates, while still adhering to the same laws and principles their predecessors have followed for centuries.

The Paulaner Oktoberfest line-up includes:

Paulaner Oktoberfest Bier, Germany’s #1 Oktoberfest bier. Today, it is also the only bier served in Paulaner Oktoberfest tents in Munich. Brewed once a year, and only available while supplies last, Oktoberfest Bier is the pinnacle of German brewing: deep golden color, full-bodied and wonderfully mellow, with a balanced harmonious taste and the pleasant fragrance of hops. At 6% ABV, it is stronger and bolder than the usual lager.

Paulaner Oktoberfest Märzen was first developed more than 200 years ago to celebrate the original Munich Oktoberfest. The Märzen name originates from “March bier” because it was historically brewed in March, to be available for its peak flavor by the Oktoberfest celebration. Today, due to popular demand, this style is available year-round in the U.S. This full-bodied bier with its rich malt flavor and dark toffee notes at 5.8% ABV, has an underlying fruitiness and masterful hop balance. It will instantly turn your home into an Oktoberfest celebration.

Paulaner Oktoberfest 1L Can + Glass provides Paulaner’s Oktoberfest Bier– the best-selling Oktoberfest beer in the world with Paulaner’s most popular mug in one convenient pack. The Oktoberfest Mug Set includes an exclusive one liter can of Paulaner’s Oktoberfest bier, the only beer served in the Paulaner Oktoberfest tents and the best- selling bier at the Munich Oktoberfest, along with the original Paulaner one-liter dimple glass mug in one convenient pack.

Hacker-Pschorr includes:

Hacker-Pschorr Original Oktoberfest Marzen, makes any celebration authentic! Since 1417, Hacker-Pschorr has been a leader among Munich’s famed breweries. Over the ensuing 600+ years, their brew mates have perfected the art of making the most flavor and consistent beer from the simplest of ingredients, hops, malt, yeast, and water. Original Oktoberfest has a nose of blackcurrants and earth, with a malt driven flavor expertly balanced by hallertau hops.

“Based on these early orders and increasing demand, we anticipate another strong season of consumer sales this year,” Hauser concludes.
