Leap Year – 4th in a series of ciders inspired by Brittany and Normandy, France. A dry cider made from fresh pressed apples from Miller’s Orchards,Scott Twp, PA. This was made using a techique called keeving. Plus no added yeast, sulfites, or sugars. All the flavor the result of the apples,(a good portion being Northern Spy) and French cider making techniques.
