When Saint Arnold Brewmaster Aaron Inkrott first attended the Craft Brewers Conference in 2012, one organization stood out to him. They shared our commitment to quality ingredients and processes. Like us, they took pride in advocating for all craft brewers and advancing our industry. Their name was Hop Quality Group.

Hop Quality Group #3 IPA
Today, we’re proud to be one of the 58 craft brewery members nationally of Hop Quality Group, whose focus remains on the education of quality breeding, processing, and communication between growers, processors, vendors, and brewers.
A cornerstone of HQG is their Hop Breeding Program, which aims to develop and release new hop varieties that meet the highest standards of quality. For Saint Arnold, our involvement in this process is a key part of our investment in the industry. For you, well, it means great beer.
The newest release in our Small Batch Series is Hop Quality Group #3 IPA. Brewed with the third varietal in Hop Quality Group’s Hop Breeding Program, this IPA features bright notes of apricot and peaches, while a subtle honey malt character is balanced by a soft bitterness. The flavor of this 6.6% ABV beer reminds us of a familiar fruit cocktail, which is to say – it’s delicious.
This limited release beer is available on tap only at the Saint Arnold Beer Garden & Restaurant, while supplies last.
