Today I have your first look at some new and returning beers from Firestone Walker in Paso Robles, CA.
2025 Parabola will remain an imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels that hits 14.1%-AbV (12oz bottles, 3600 cases) and 2025 Ancho & Fig Parabola will be a Brewmaster’s Collective imperial stout aged in Bourbon barrels with Ancho chili and fig (12.3%-AbV, 12oz bottles, 300 cases).
